All of my life, I have had a passion for the world of fashion. As superficial as some may take it to be, to me, fashion represents a whole new level of individualism and creativity. It allows people to show themselves to the world without saying a word and to make statements through loosely woven pieces of fabric and through articles of clothing as simple as a pair of jeans.

Through this blog, I hope to inform my classmates and superiors, about the ongoings of the fashion world and share my own takes on what is going on, a bit of my own personal style, and share some looks from my friends that I think are commendable.

I chose to make this blog easy to navigate with a minimalist theme. Minimalism, in fashion, has been a major trend over the past few years and it is something that I have noticed make its way into other aspects of our lives, from technology platforms to a stronger emphasis on planning and the organization of homes and apartments. Keeping with this trend of minimalism, I chose to keep my color scheme subdued, sticking with colors like white, grey, and marbled textures to keep things interesting.

I have always wanted to start my own blog and this project is finally giving me an outlet for that desire.
